There are at least two public places in Prague to watch the election results late on Tuesday, Nov. 2nd, 2004.  Both are off Vaclavske Nam., near each other, and with no admission charge.

Venue 1>  At the Zlata Hvezda (Ve Smeckach 12, Prague 1) is an election-night get-together beginning late (11:59 pm to 6 a.m.) to watch the voting results come in.  This event is hosted by the Prague Post and supported by AVA Prague.  The sports bar is devoting their multiscreen venue to the event, showing different networks on different screens.  The evening is being publicized in cooperation with the U.S. Embassy.

Venue 2>  At the Jama restaurant (V Jame 7, Prague 1) there is another election-night party, beginning at 11 p.m., being promoted by Democrats Abroad but open to all.
